Cycling Canada’s CAN-BIKE program is a series of courses taught on all aspects of cycling, to ride safely, effectively, and enjoyably on the road. Program development is coordinated through Cycling Canada, with help from National Examiners/Instructors. Course delivery and administration takes place through CAN-BIKE Delivery Agents, such as community associations, municipal departments, service groups and the efforts of independent instructors.


From beginner to advanced, youth to adults, Bike to Work Greater Victoria courses combine classroom and on-road training to workplace workshops and private courses to help people of all ages develop safe cycling habits and behaviours through knowledge and skills training.


HUB Cycling Bike to School courses and activities are for Grades 3 and up, and integrate with Metro Vancouver’s Bike to School Week. Their StreetWise Cycling Courses include a variety of public courses for people with varying skill-levels, all taught by an experienced team of cycling instructors. HUB Workplace Cycling Workshops are interactive, on-site 1-2 hour sessions for people of all riding abilities at your place of employment.


Joyriding Private Cycling Lessons are based in Greater Victoria, BC—nationally certified CanBike instructor Susanna Grimes provides beginner to intermediate cycling skills courses to hundreds of adults and children in Greater Victoria, tailored to your individual level of skill, fitness, knowledge and comfort.


Pedalheads provides learn-to-ride summer bike camps in Metro Vancouver for kids aged 2-12.
