Speaking Opportunities

We’re currently reviewing submissions to the AT Summit Call for Abstracts.

There are still opportunities to participate at the AT Summit as a speaker, workshop facilitator, or a member of a panel. This form will remain open until summer 2026, and all submissions will receive a response.

Review the abstract submission rules below, then complete the submission form:

    1. The Call for Abstracts opened on February 2, 2026.

    2. A person or organization may submit more than one proposal.

    3. Abstracts submitted by March 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm PDT will be included in the ‘first wave’ of reviews by the AT Summit Program Sub-Committee.

    4. Submissions received March 31, 2026 and onwards will be in the ‘second wave’, which will remain open until the program is finalized (est. Jul/Aug 2026).

    5. If your abstract is shortlisted for the Program, you’ll be contacted by a member of the Sub-Committee to discuss your submission, confirm requirements and timelines, and finalize details regarding your appearance at the conference (Oct. 28-30 in Victoria).

    6. All materials submitted on this page become the property of the BC Cycling Coalition, and are subject to our Privacy Policy.
