Move-In/Move-Out

For large exhibits, please see Parking and Loading Dock information below.

  • Move-in: Wednesday, Oct. 28 • 9am - 7pm

  • Move-out: Friday, Oct. 30 • 1:30 - 5:30pm

Parking

The VCC has a 2-level underground attended parkade, accessible from Douglas Street.

  • Open daily 6:00 a.m. to midnight

  • Secured after hours

  • Rates - $2.50/30 min, daily max. $22

Loading Dock

To access the VCC loading dock, notify VCC Client Service & Support - call 250-704-6752.

  • Loading dock is located in the rear service yard

  • Northwest corner of VCC, via Humboldt Street

  • Open daily 7:00am - 7:30pm

The loading dock is covered and has two loading bays equipped with hydraulic levelers. Each loading bay can accommodate a semi-trailer rig.

  • Max. height 4.0m (13’4”)

  • Max. length 16m (53’) - no sleeper cab
