Full Spaces - Pre-function Area

  • Move-in: Wednesday, Oct. 28 • 9am - 7pm

  • Move-out: Friday, Oct. 30 • 1:30 - 5:30pm

Half Spaces - Upper Pavilion

Upper Pavilion exhibitors can arrive and drop off their materials in the Pre-function Area on Wednesday, Oct. 28 (9am-7pm) for secure overnight storage and faster set-up on Thursday, Oct 29.

  • Move-in: Thursday, Oct. 29 • 7am - 8am, 9am-10am

  • Move-out: Friday, Oct. 30 • 1:30 - 5:30pm

Parking & Unloading

The VCC has a 2-level underground attended parkade, accessible from Douglas Street

  • Open daily 6:00 a.m. to midnight

  • Secured after hours

  • Rates - $2.50/30 min, daily max. $22

To access the VCC loading dock, notify VCC Client Service & Support - call the main line at 250-361-1000

  • Loading dock is located in the rear service yard

  • Northwest corner of VCC, via Humboldt Street

  • Open daily 7:00am - 7:30pm
